Coloured Royal Icing
Royal Icing is the perfect icing for the inspiring baker looking to pipe ornate decorations on their fondant-covered cakes, sugar cookies and confectionary delights. The creamy consistency of Royal Icing is easy to use, with smooth flow and hardens quickly to form a firm finish. Store any leftover White Royal icing in an airtight container and mix before re-use.
Put 100g royal icing powder into a mixing bowl. Add 30-35 ml warm water. Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Use an electric Mixer for +\- 5 minutes until maximum volume is obtained
Use 20 – 25 ml warm water and hand whisk for darker colour | Use 30 – 35 ml warm water and electric whisk for a whipped royal icing, this makes the colour lighter.
This product has been manufactured in a factory that uses peanuts and tree nuts. Allergen controls are in place.
