I supply:
Cakes
Boards
Buttercream
Chocolate
Cream
Tools you will be using

You need to bring:
Long rolling pin (marble roller/stainless steel roller)
JEM smoothers
Small sharp knife
Pizza wheel
Small water leveller

You will be learning how to properly cut a cake, fill and crumboat.
Then Ganache to sharp edge, cover and smooth to sharp edge.
Decorations will be provided.
You get our cake recipe as well and notes.
Discussion during the class on how to start or grow a business as well as where to find the best products.
